Gradventure Information
What is Gradventure?
Who: LCMS 8th Graders In Good Standing (see 8th Grade Privileges Letter)
When: May 3rd, 2024 from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Where: Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure Theme Parks
Cost: $175 ($101 per ticket - includes meal voucher, $60 per bus seat, $7 per t-shirt, $7 MySchoolBucks fee)
Universal does not accept annual passes for this special, after hours event.
Payment opens January 12th, due by February 23rd
Gradventure Permission Slip - Print, sign & return by February 23 - hard copies can be picked up in the front office or from 8th gr ELA teachers.

Students attending the Universal Studios Gradventure Field Trip are expected to follow the rules and guidelines listed below throughout the scheduled field trip, including while on the bus. Failure to follow these rules may result in a reduction or loss of privileges on the trip and/or disciplinary consequences in line with the SCPS Student Conduct and Discipline Code upon return to school. This includes being ineligible to attend the 8th Grade Dance.

Students will be meeting with Counselors through our 8th Grade ELA Dept. AFTER Spring Break to go over their course requests on that Mon., 3/25 and Tuesday, 3/26 when we return. ELA teachers, please remind them before the break to bring their completed sheets when they meet with their Counselor.
